Hope for the Flowers- Wire Art

Our focus  on developing and enhancing our bead embroidery techniques has left us with little time to devote to wire art. Last month gave us another opportunity to revisit this fascinating technique.

Hope for the Flowers
The Hope for the Flowers necklace is our main piece inspired by last  March's celebration of International Women’s Month. The main technique used for this piece is wiring, combined with wrapping exposed wire in chiffon fabric. As a finishing touch, we added agate stones and blue green acrylic crystals. We hope this piece represents every woman just as “Palamuti” was made by a woman, inspired by women, for every woman.”

HOW TO WEAR IT: Since there are a lot of things going on this piece, it's best to wear this accessory over plain tees, camisoles, and dresses. Maxis with round, scoop, boat or even crew necks, peasant off the shoulder and tubes are great matches too. If you want to pair it with a colored top, choose a color that can be found on the necklace, and use it as your reference. This is a great summer necklace that shouts out the colors of the season.
