A Venue For Filipino Heritage

“Space is the breath of art” — Frank Lloyd Wright

I consider it a masterwork when an unused space is turned to a memorable location. My heart felt pleased as I see a place change from being just a site, into becoming a location that cultivates memorable experiences.

On its 15th year, Filipinas Heritage Library opened their doors and invited interested event enthusiasts to come and see one of Makati City’s historic structures, a space set with rich background and unique architecture.

This occasion entitled as “Book at the Library,” took place last Friday, August 26, 2011 to showcase the several venues that they offer for various functions. This first open house event was conducted to draw event specialists and people who are looking for a venue to book for an event and I am one of the lucky visitors to check out the scene.

I scouted the venue. Numerous suppliers inclined at participating with events lined up the Library’s right space. Most of the booths are offering products or services that can be valuable in any celebrations like weddings, birthdays and even corporate events. Among these is Palamuti by PJ Valenciano that caters custom-made jewelries ideal for any wedding and/or birthday occasions.

If you are one of those lucky brides who are soon to wed, or is someone who is looking forward to your next grand birthday with a touch of a traditional Filipino feel, Filipinas Heritage Library venues are perfect. No need to worry about the catering set-ups as they also have several accredited caterers that can serve any occasion. I suggest to just find your perfect gown to match the location, and top it up with any of Palamuti’s all-handmade fashion pieces or request to customize your accessories to accentuate your theme. Then I’m pretty sure everything will fall into place.
